SOLID PRINCIPLES AND KNOW-HOW

Niels Erik Nielsen and his wife Anna-Lise Nielsen established the company Nendan A/S in 1979.

A smooth generational change has been carried out. Two sons, Nicolaj Nielsen and Michael Nielsen, participate in the daily work in leading positions.

We are located in newer buildings of 3250 m2.

The company is managed according to solid principles based on self-financing and technological development based on know-how and supplies from the largest and most experienced suppliers of the basic polyurethane product.

2017

DEVELOPMENT, CONSULTING AND AAA+RATING

Nendan A/S advises to an increasing extent on the design of items in moulded polyurethane.

We maintain our AAA+Rating.

We manufacture moulds for test pieces and finished items in our own house.

2016

AUTOMATION &AAA+ RATING

In 2016, Nendan A/S installed and commissioned its first system with a free-arm robot – we have been the integrator of the system ourselves.

The plant is a continuation of our strategy to automate manual operations.

In 2016, we received a AAA+ rating from BISNODE.

2015

DEVELOPMENT

Nendan A/S has expanded the company by another 1100 m2.

2014

INTENSIFICATION

In 2014, cooperation with our customers intensified, e.g. by developing moulds for new items.

2013

INVESTMENT

Nendan AS is a self-financed company that has been AA+ rated for a number of years.

Investments are ongoing in new spraying and dosing machines and in multi-axis machining centres and handling equipment.

EMPLOYMENT

Hiring a full-time salesperson.

GENERATIONAL CHANGE AND EXPANSION

Smooth generational change.

2 sons participate in planning and daily management.

Extension of the company to 2150 m2. Casting equipment and machining machines are purchased on an ongoing basis.

ESTABLISHMENT

The company established itself in its own premises with 1000 m2 on Fællesvej in Nørre Snede.

PROCUREMENT

Purchase of new larger plc controlled casting machine.

MOVING

The company moved to larger rented premises on Mågevej in Nørre Snede.

The company was established in rented premises on Falkevej in Nørre Snede.

We have been in the industry for more than 45 years, and we offer our know-how in polyurethane rubber / pur molding of customer-specific items, just as we use our expertise in all workflows.

Experienced employees manufacture polyurethane rubber blanks in their own workshops. We work according to incorporated factory standards, so we ensure our customers a high uniform part quality.
